Q: How will I receive my tracking number?

A: You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase is made. Typically your tracking number will be sent out in 1-3 business days via your preferred contact method at checkout. This will be either your email, phone number, or both. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing in times of high volume.

 

Q: How long will my order delivery take?

A: Order delivery times vary by product ordered and the region of delivery. However our average delivery time for most orders is between 3-12 business days inside the United States and United Kingdom, and 5-20 business days for the rest of the world. Typically this delivery time is on the lower end of the estimation, but may vary due to product availability and location. A: Lushe Beauty is primarily located is in Los Angeles, California, but we also have additional fulfillment facilities located throughout the United States, United Kingdom, France, and in Hong Kong. This is to best serve and improve shipping times for our customers across the world. The location your order is shipped from is based on careful calculations to aid the quickest arrival time for your order. Shipping locations may vary based on product availability. Fast shipping times are critically important to us, and we will make every effort possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
